We gladly accept returns of eligible, regular-priced retail merchandise within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Opened or used skincare, haircare, and beauty products are not eligible for return. Sale and clearance merchandise is final sale, as disclosed at purchase.

Defective or damaged products will be reviewed individually. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Darling, your time is precious, and so is ours! At The Beauty Bartender, each appointment is reserved especially for you.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy:

• 24 Hours or More: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
• Less Than 24 Hours: A $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without notifying us will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may require us to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Any applicable fee will be communicated before rescheduling.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Exceptions may be considered at management's discretion.

Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee will be disclosed during booking and charged only in accordance with the payment authorization provided.
